Couldn’t view transaction on Coinbase block explorer

Or whatever that thing is called. After completeing a btc withdrawal, the button to view the status of the transaction in real time was greyed out. Not exactly something that inspires confidence. What has this site become? We selected the btc network for a small fee, the total transaction was not insignificant. The stated time to transfer was one minute. We refreshed Coinbase for five minutes, however the balance never changed. Finding the transaction history, again, there was no way to view the transaction details in real time. We checked the destination address and found the amount was transferred, so that was all we needed to feel secure, but wtf Coinbase? Not a good experience. I’m helping someone out who has had their habits pretty entrenched for many years, I suggested using another service moving forward. I’m thinking of setting them up with Ledger or Gemini for future buys, but this will be a heavy lift. Does anyone have any insights as to what has happened here? This was a shocking surprise, I’ve helped them for a long time on CB and I’ve never had such a bad experience before.
