300 USDT locked on Ethereum

Hey, guys! I received 400 USDT from a friend to my Ethereum metamask Address. The challenge I'm facing now is that I can't withdraw or transfer it to Binance because it asks for $35 of ETH (I have 0) gas fee on metamask. I'm wondering if there's a way to minimize this fee and is there any recipe for this?

I want to send those fees from binance to metamask. On Binance, the minimum withdrawal for ETH is 0.01 eth (approximately $40), with a withdrawal fee of 0.0035 ETH (around $14). If I send it to my metamask address, there's a $35 fees when withdraw from metamask, it won't ask for more if I send those fees from binance to metamask?

I'm also curious if there's an economical process for this or if the fees might decrease over time. I'm open to holding the funds in USDT in my wallet if that helps reduce fees. Any advice or information would be appreciated
