What are Ethereum’s biggest problems and how do we address them?

What I really admire about the Ethereum community is that we actively point out the problems in the ecosystem and try to find technical or social solutions.

That's why I ask myself what are currently our biggest problems as a blockchain but also as a community and how do we address them?
