Hesitation moving crypto to cold wallet

I only own bitcoin, and have managed to stack reasonable amount of sats on coinbase. I also have a cold wallet setup and I've used it to store / transfer small amounts. However, hesitate to move all the funds on it – – what if I lose the wallet, it gets destroyed in a fire, or stolen… What if I misplace the private keys… I feel I trust coinbase more than myself, lol

Can you please help me overcome this fear? Any innovative ways to store your passphrase and also make sure that trusted family members have access to it? Are multi sig wallets the answer to this?
