Withdraw from Crypto.com App (Fiat to gbp) Help

Finally figured out how to withdraw actual money from my Crypto.com app but I can't get through to the last process and Crypto.com have ignored every single email I've sent them.

I've got 3 cryptocurrencies. I have sold the majority of them to my "FIAT" wallet and I've clicked "Transfer >Withdraw > British Pound", as per the instruction on their own website.

My issue is, nothing happens. The window just closes and nothing happens. I can keep clicking it over and over again and nothing happens. I can't log in to the desktop version either because the 2 factor code never works. The code always claims to be "invalid".

How exactly do I withdraw my funds then?
