Is there a debit card for non custodial wallet and / or for non-US non-EU B2B (DAO)?

For individuals, Wirex and coinbase are doing a good job. Even though both are custodial.

I was wondering if there was a debit card solution for DAO with a non US and non EU entity?

Eg. My DAO or foundation has a cayman entity. I want to have a bank account with a debit card. What are the current offering?

• I think Monerium is working on something but it is EUR focused
• Multis is fine but US only
