Trying to understand block time calculation.

I am trying to understand the time it takes to find a block for the network.

From https://ravencoin.network/stats I currently get:

Network hashrate: 14058.2 Gh/s

Difficulty: 197966.21 TH

I thought to get the time it takes the network to find a new block is calculated by:

Block time = Difficulty / Network hashrate

But doing this I get a block time of 197966.21e12H / 14058.2e9H/s = 14.08e3s. Which is a bit large.

What am I missing in this calculation? I expected to get something around 60s. What is the meaning of the TH as difficulty unit?
