Stack Up on ETH for the Merge?

I’ve been buying small amounts of ETH for the entire bear market. I’ve only accumulated what I can afford, so not a ton. Recently got a pretty nice bonus from work and thinking of investing some of it, and I’m looking real hard at going all in on ETH because of the upcoming merge. All I’ve been hearing is that this ETH merge is one of the biggest events to ever happen in crypto, and I agree. I think over the next year or two it can sky rocket to over 8k, maybe even 10k.

I don’t see ETH dropping to much anymore, atleast not back to the $1200 area. So if I buy a good chunk at its current price I think it’ll be worth it in the long run. Sub $2k ETH is still a hell of a deal. Thoughts?

Edit: the amount of people saying buying at 2k is to late actually shocks me. I can’t see why it would be
