Mining the most profitable coin and exchange mining profits to rvn.

Is there anyway to mine rvn and exchange it without paying all the fees for exchanging mining profits to rvn ? Just like Nicehash instead of paying in btc but it pays in RVN. Is unminable a good option? I havent use it tbh,currenly solo mining rvn with a small rig, lol havent find any block yet,will get back to pool mining after trying out solo mining for 30 days
