Would there ever be RVN lottery miners?

I might be way off as ik its asic resistant and like btc lottery miners the operate like asics. Well would it ever be possible for those to exsist.

As the RVN deflates from halvings and so on. It would be pretty cool to see people with 10 raspberry pis and 100 lottery miners.

Probably wont happen for the price and manufacturing.
