Investor who fell for the project over the money

So invested and been holding for a year or 2 but wanted to learn more into it other than the raw investment numbers. I read over the white paper and dumbed it down in a presentation for my crypto illiterate parents so I could get a better understanding of the basics. What else out there for material is there to learn from? Ive heard the infinite machine is a great source but am having a hard time tracking down a copy, so anything else?
