• Also it's very suspect to me that "Litecoin" is in the spotlight for the original post. I looked up and they'rer not discriminating against other cryptos or specifically accepting Litecoin.

Conclusion: You can use cryptocurrency for utility bills in a very small city of North Dakota, named Williston, with 27000 people. That's all. Claiming "it's being accepted in North Dakota" is stretching, and giving Litecoin the sole spotlight is very biased.
