Buy a whole Eth now or wait for the bear market to roll around?

If you were a hodler, and had a couple of Eth at $900 buy in. Would you buy more at the current price? i know many DCA in… But if you had $4000 spare, would you buy another whole Eth right now?

Seems hard to stomach at over 4x the previous average, increasing your average buy cost and risk of going red. Or would you wait for the next crash and stack up?

I know many will say you can't time the market… yet nearly everyone expects an imminent bear market. Wouldn't' it make more sense to save your FIAT, HODL your current Eth and then buy in bulk during the bear market? Imagine saving up $10k instead of DCA-ing and then throwing it all into half price Eth…
