My Raven Core wallet is stuck :(

I have used my wallet once to transfer about 300 Coins onto it, now I want to send them to my other wallet on my phone (I don't use my PC that much anymore it's just easier if I have it on my phone). The problem is that it says it's connecting to the network and that I am 5 days in residue, my progress is stuck on 99.72%. Yesterday I let the program run for about 4 hours and it didn't progress at all 🙁 .
I don't know if there is anything I can do about it, it doesn't really seem like it…
