[HELP]ETH Fee + Low ETH balance

Hi everybody, hope you doing well, I just have a question, I have 0.01 ETH on a personal wallet what the hell can I do with those? I can’t swap because fees are insane, I can’t transfer them to an exchange because I have to spend 60% of them…
