“Inventing” a new use-case that should help mining pools to force-balance the hashrate.

I have been thinking for some time and it seems that it makes sense to tokenize mining rights.Why ? The reason for utililizing non-reissuable tokens is that (each pool has a different token) it helps the owners of pools to identify their miners and balance the hashrates across all mining pools. Since it is about who owns what, we can also apply this to certain rights.

So whenever somone wants to join your mining pool, they should be prohibited to join without a mining token.

This will also demonstrate the power of RVN's utility.
