Serious Problem

Estimates show that with 21 MH/s we can mine around 0.9 RVN per hour but my unminable miner only gets around 0.3 done in one hour and shows operating at 20-21 Mh/s. What wrong and can someone suggest any better miner with tutorial as well. Thanks in advance
