Mining RVN with Gtx 1660 super (hynix RAM) on raveos

I just started mining RVN since yesterday with GTX1660s on raveos. With no OC settings I got 12-13 MHs but power consumption is too high (> 100Wh per card IIRC). I tried to set PW limit to 85 then only got 10-11 MHs. I also tried tweaking Core clock and Mem clock but only get worse. I’ve seen some YouTuber easily get 15MHs but on Windows. Can you share your OC settings? Thanks in advance.
