Price Recommendations

Anyone have any recommendations on what price to get in at ETH or ETC? I already put some in ETC at 105 and plan to average down if it dips, and also have a limit buy set at 3300 on ETH, but feel as if it isn’t going to get back to 3300. Any advice will much appreciated.
