Only getting 2.13 MH/s with a rx 570

I am using ravenminer.com for the pool and I am seeing terribly low hashrate.

The lowest I have ever had was about 8 MH/s mining other coins so I am not sure what is going on. I look in the AMD settings and compute mode is definitely on. I see people on other forums reporting 11 – 20 MH/s for the 4gb version.
