Where is Ethereum 1.5?

As per title, Ethereum 1.5 enable both miner and node validator to produce block, supposedly this should be the major upgrade before phasing to Eth 2.0, however, I no longer see anyone else mention about this when comparing to last year, nor it ever exist in the official roadmap now, did Vitalik and the team decided to skip 1.5?
