Integrating Blockchain into Websites

I have an idea for a Website using dapps .

What i want to know is what currently is the best way to implement blockchain networks into websites.

Iam also interested into Coins that are trying to make the implementation easier to use, if someone has some recommendations or implemented a blockchain to a website already i would love to hear about it.

Would i just use eth and wait for 2.0 for it to be usable , or bnc or polkadot or or something entirely different.
