I have an old wallet, have the seed phrase, and now balance is zero. I think this has the do with the wallet upgrade, but I don’t know what to do!

I had about 3k RVN from a few years back and lost the original wallet that was installed on my old iphone. I have the seedphrase to recover it and the wallet ID is here: https://ravencoin.network/address/RUDyenL4DvQmZmta6AfSxz3XEtwegvothL

The balance right now on that wallet is 0 and when I import the seedphrase to the RVN Wallet app, it looks like the wallet ID is now different. I remember reading a bit about wallet upgrades happening a while back, but never really followed it since at the time my 3k RVN was worth like $60 lol. Is there any guide I can follow to recover the old wallet? Or is that not not possible?
