Settings for ravencoin rtx 3070?

Hi

Can anyone help please, I started mining ravencoin and I'm confused about oc settings. On Eth I was running high memory low core, but om ravencoin my power draw for the 3070 is over 200 watts.

I have no idea what core and memory and voltage I should be running at.
