RX 580 power usage question

Hi all, I just started mining recently, and ofc watched alot of videos on how to mine RVN with RX GPUs etc…And I saw a few times ppl having same RX 580 as I do, mine ravencoin, pretty much same setup as I have (but with more GPU than me) and their power usage is like 80W, while mine is 160-170W per card. I tried to find who what where and how ppl do it, but it looks like no one actually explained or i managed to miss it in every video I watched.
