Anyone have a guide to transfering funds from binance to an ETH wallet?

Following a number of guides I opened a binance account and transferred ETH to a meta mask account, but now the ETH is stuck in the smart chain network, and I don't know how to move it to the mainnet, and the support tickets aren't getting back to me. I need the ETH for nft minting so I don't need alot, but nowhere is there a comprehensive guide to transfering cash to a wallet compatible with opensea. Please help
