Finding Solution for Power Outage

Hey fellow RVN Miners, need some help. There are frequent power outages (once almost everyday when I am at work) in my location as a result I want to turn on the system automatically when the power is restored. I have made changes in BIOS to do that.

However, I use USB ethernet adapter which needs to be replugged every time after system startup due to power outage. Can someone provide a solution for the same? (My desktop does not have WiFi adapter.)

I have googled all solutions which can work. But none is helping yet. I think if someone can explain me how to automatically reset USB ports on start up than that might work.

Also for the said case, I have started using PPS as I understand PPLNS would not be effective. Am I right?
